It is a teambulding activity of problem solving, intended especially for groups with previous experience with outdoor training.

The exercises are as follows:

  • the group faces a problem presented to them by the coach
  • the team must complete the task with the help of the given utilities within the specified time
  • after the exercises, together with the trainer make feedback (everyone gets a script)
  • exercises do not require physical strength, but require mainly a mental approach to the problem and a good distribution of roles within the team
